We offer professional custom hand-splicing for marine and non-life safety purposes only.
Splicing Double Braid‚ Solid Colors‚ (1/4"- 1-1/2"):
- Standard spliced eye size is 12". For diameters 3/4" or larger, suggested eye‚ 18"+
- Finished rope length will be measured as overall length including spliced eye(s).‚
- All custom splicing orders come with whipped ends unless otherwise specified.
- 1/4" double braid splices with NOT be whipped as this is just cosmetic in the industry. If you require whipping for this diameter, please let us know.
Splicing 3-Strand Ropes:

Finished rope length will be measured as‚ overall‚ length‚ including‚ spliced eye(s).
- 3-Strand ropes are whipped at the ends only.
Please allow one to two weeks for custom spliced orders. If you are working with a deadline, please let us know. All custom spliced orders are non-refundable. To learn more visit our Custom Splicing page.
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind our products and will cover any defects in materials or workmanship that result in immediate failure upon first use. If a dock line breaks or fails under normal conditions shortly after delivery, we will replace it at no cost.
Limitations on Custom Orders
Due to the custom nature of cut and spliced lines, and the many variables that affect their longevity—such as usage, storage conditions, exposure to elements, and mechanical stress—we cannot offer an extended warranty beyond initial use. Once the line has been used over a considerable period, it is considered a used product, and no warranty applies.

Look, if you need ropes, this is your place. If you want exceptional customer service, this is also your place. We cannot say enough good things about this company and the product we received. My SO was very pleased with the hot pink ropes for this summer's adventures.* We will always know if someone runs off with our ropes now, LOL* Anyway, quality, honesty in custom ordering process (chat), and what was provided were nothing short of perfect. We will most certainly be ordering again!!

I bought numerous dock lines. They did not havre a loop at one end. I called Heather in customer service. She was happy to help, asked me when I needed them back. I had them back within one week.
